Sopot's Magnificent Boardwalk Pier or "Molo"


The 2nd International Conference on Interventional Pain Medicine & Neuromodulation took place in the Baltic seaside resort of Sopot, Poland on Saturday 12 May 2012.

The event was a joint meeting of the Polish Neuromodulation Society, the Neuromodulation Society of UK & Ireland and the Interventional Section of the Polish Pain Society.

A faculty of international experts from UK, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Canada and Poland delivered key note lectures in English focusing on interventional techniques and neuromodulation procedures for the treatment of chronic pain.  The meeting also explored the use of neuromodulation in the treatment of functional disorders.

The 5th Hands-on Cadaver Workshop on Interventional Pain Medicine, Neuromodulation and Ultrasound took place after the conference on 13 May 2012 at the Medical University of Gdansk.
